2. Services Offered

ExceedResume.com provides resume writing services, LinkedIn profile optimization, and CV writing services ("the Services"). These services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

3. Guarantee and Free Rewrite

For customers who purchase our Resume writing services, certain larger packages come with a guarantee. If, within 60 days, the customer does not receive at least 2x interviews as compared to their previous rate, we offer a free rewrite of the resume. This guarantee is subject to verification and certain conditions. The decision to provide a free rewrite rests with ExceedResume.com.

4. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards and various payment methods through Stripe. By using these payment methods, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

5. User Obligations

  1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services, including payment information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
